Inside Sales Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business department to develop engaging technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, and documentation for products and services, effectively conveying their features, benefits, and applications within the engineering realm.
  • Support the planning, execution, and refinement of marketing campaigns aimed at engineering professionals, involving crafting campaign messaging, coordinating with design teams for creative assets, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Organize and manage engineering-centric events like webinars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences, overseeing logistics from venue selection to booth setup, and coordinating speaking engagements and presentations.
  • Work with management for thorough market research to discern industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences within the engineering sector, leveraging data insights to shape marketing strategies and recommend adjustments accordingly.
  • Act as a company advocate within the engineering community, actively participating in relevant forums, social media platforms, and industry gatherings, fostering relationships with influential figures to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing pricing information for engineering inspections, scheduling appointments, and proactively reaching out to builders and architects to explore potential opportunities.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager with various marketing tasks, including lead tracking, social media campaigns, and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Aid engineers and the Business Development Manager in proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as an office coordinator for office/warehouse supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Perform diverse administrative duties as required to support office operations.
  • Supervise budgets, employee travel arrangements, and accounts to support productivity initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduating in 2024 in Administration or Marketing
